The Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs received a letter from the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kharkiv City Emin Najafli. The Honorary
Consulate provided 3,000 medical masks to university staff to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease caused by the coronavirus COVID-19 in Ukraine. The University is grateful for the help.
