Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty № 1 of KhNUIA, Police Colonel Iryna Kazanchuk conducted a binary lesson for cadets of the Faculty № 4 on the subject "Administrative Law" on the topic "General characteristics of Special Administrative Law. Distinguishing administrative misdemeanors from criminal misdemeanors".
The training was attended by Company Commander № 1 Battalion № 4 of Kharkiv Region Patrol Police Department of the Patrol Police Department, Senior Police Lieutenant Oleksandr Kobzar and Inquiry Sector of Kharkiv District Department of the 1st District MDNP of Kharkiv Region Police Lieutenant Anastasia Dudchenko.
Police officers shared with the cadets their own experience in practical police departments. They spoke about the specifics of the patrol police and the investigation units of the National Police, about the forms of interaction between these units. Particular attention was paid to the criteria for distinguishing between administrative and criminal offenses, as well as acquainted with the method of
drafting procedural documents.
At the end of the lesson, police officers Oleksandr Kobzar and Anastasia Dudchenko answered numerous questions from the audience and stressed the importance of quality theoretical training of future police officers, their knowledge of current administrative and criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine for successful further service in the National Police.
