Arsen Avakov gave the State and Departmental Awards to the personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

On implementation of the Order of the President of Ukraine, Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov rewarded with orders and medals the personnel of the МIA, and also gave the honored ranks.

Among them is the First Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Police Colonel Dmytro Shvets, who was awarded the Order of the President of Ukraine the honorary title of "Honored Educator".
