Associate Professor of Criminal Law and Criminology of Faculty No.1 of KhNUIA Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Kseniia Yurtaieva took part in the international scientific and practical conference "Prevention of modern crime(cybercrime)" dedicated to the 30-th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted by Karahanda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan named after Barymbek Beisenov.
A wide range of topical issues related to criminal law policy in the field of combating cybercrime, criminal law and criminological measures to combat cybercrime were discussed at the conference. Participants of the conference were interested in the report "Cybercrime in Criminal Code of Ukraine: Types and Problems of Qualification" presented by Kseniia Yurtaieva, it became the subject of the discussion as to the formation of effective criminal law mechanism for cybercrime criminal prosecution.
