Serhii Bortnyk, Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, employees, cadets and students of the University laid flowers to the monument of Independence of Ukraine on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine.
Representatives of public authorities and local self-government, different institutions and organizations, public and political associations, deputy committee, residents of the city took part in the celebrations.
