The first training class “The journalist safety during mass measures and combat zones” was taken on the university training ground “Science Park”. Journalists have mastered working rules in emergency conditions, learned how to use protection equipment (bulletproof vest), the usage of handy tools for self-defense and received useful advices on how to behave correctly while working in the zone of mass riots or gunfire, behave properly and organize your work etc.

Classes with the ambassadors of mass media were conducted by Associate Professors of Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of Faculty №3 Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, personal safety coach, police tactical training instructor Ihor Vlasenko and Candidate of Technical Sciences, police tactical training instructor, the ATO|JFO participant Tykhon Shevchenko.
