Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, police colonel Valerii Sokurenko police took part in the Opening Ceremony of the International Assembly of Kharkiv Twin-Cities.

In the Assembly participated representatives of the 16 Kharkiv twin-cities from 13 countries. In their congratulatory speeches delegations expressed the view that twin relationship provides an opportunity to share experiences, improve city management, and today''s event would strengthen the ties between twin-cities and partners.
