The celebration of graduating cadets and dedication them to a defender of law and order took place at the University. It is important to note, that the celebration was organized in a limited terms, without parents and friends because of COVID-19.
453 cadets, on generally accepted European standard, were settled at the University stadium «Dinamo- Arena» of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
