Serhiy Zakharchenko, a lecturer in the field of General Law Disciplines at the Institute of Postgraduate Education of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and Oleh Kharchenko, Deputy Head of the Investigation Department of the MDNP in Kharkiv Region, conducted a binary session on the topic “Tactical Actions at the Event Scene”.

During the class, the teachers focused on the peculiarities of conducting certain tactical rules of searching the crime scene in the presence of a corpse. In order to achieve a common goal in the investigation of crimes, the obligatory cooperation of the investigator and the operative was emphasized.
