A facultative study with the participation of the Head of the Department of Traffic Emergencies of Patrol Police Directorate in Sumy Region Oleksandr Khudinov was held with the purpose of accident prevention techniques for permanent and non-permanent staff of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The Head of the Department provided the statistics accidents within the limits of Sumy City and Region and analyzed practical trainings of traffic emergencies recording without the injured.
