Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs summed up the results of the camp training with the freshmen cadets. The Dean of the Faculty, Colonel of Police Konstantin Garbuzyuk noted the importance of the camp training for the formation of future employees of the National Police and presented awards to the best athletes who won first places in the University Games. Competitions were held in six sports. The freshmen of the faculty won 14 prizes: 7 first places - in volleyball, basketball, pull-ups on high
bars, weightlifting, tug of war, athletics and 5 second places - in athletics and mini-football.

Certificates of the faculty for success in various sports were awarded to: Sergey Boyko - basketball, Roman Ulyantsev - weightlifting, in athletics - Alexey Ostapenko, Egor Starikov,
Alexander Sagaidak.

The head of the Department of Ukrainian Studies Ihor Chorny noted the active participation of freshmen in literary competitions held at the

university. For participation in the faculty literary competition the diploma of the faculty for the third place was awarded to: Yana Telukha, Oksana Ivanchenko, Khrystyna Boyko, for the second place - Anastasia Bezverkha and Maksym Samoilov.

Serhiy Girenko, Deputy Dean for Educational and Methodological Work, summed up the results of the video presentation competition prepared by the study groups of freshmen. The videos were viewed by almost 19,000 social network users, which contributes to the promotion of the university and the police profession. The teams whose video presentations were recognized as the best received the Faculty's Acknowledgments. Among them: the team of the 101st study group - the author of the idea, direction and editing Kateryna Strizhak; team of the 103rd study group - editing: Anastasia Batyukh, directors: Kristina Mashura and Anastasia Motsna; the team of the 106th study group - the author of the idea, direction and editing of Valery Gord; collective the team of the 106th study group - the author of the idea, direction and editing of Valery Gord; team of
the 108th study group - editing: Arseniy Cherkashin, director: Nikita Summ.

The team of the 107th study group was awarded a diploma of the faculty for the best video of career guidance. Editing: Andriy Troyan, director: Valeria Kulish. The winners of the competition were awarded with a diploma of the faculty and a gift: III place - the team of the 105th study group, editing: Bohdan Hrysiuk, director: Alina Belohvost;
Second place - the team of the 104th study group, editing: Sofia Cherkezova, director: Marina Mulik; First place - the team of the 102nd study group, the author of the idea, direction and editing Darina Shevchenko.

Dean of the Faculty Konstantin Garbuzyuk noted the work of junior commanders from senior courses, who during the camp gathering supported, helped, taught freshmen. 3rd year cadets Maria Polishchuk and Dmytro Serkhovets, 2nd year cadets Danylo Bagmet, Kyrylo Kovalenko, Mykola Kosinov, Dmytro Tarusin were awarded the Diploma of the Faculty for their hard work to unite their unit, maintain and strengthen discipline and legality. The Honorary Diploma of the faculty was awarded to: 3rd year cadets -
Alexander Kartashov, Denis Katyukha, Sergey Khara, 4th year cadets - Vadim Dosaev and Galina Filonchuk.

For active participation in the public life of the faculty, active life position, personal discipline and diligence in daily activities, uniting the team of study groups of the first year during the camp meeting in 2020 Memorial Distinction of the faculty № 2 was awarded to: 4th year cadet Artem Galagan, 3rd year cadet Ruslan Chubenko, 2nd year cadet Dmitry Zhuk.

It is a good tradition at the faculty for junior camp commanders to greet freshmen. That time the freshmen were addressed by a fourth-year cadet, Vadym Dosayev, who served as an assistant to the course leader during the training camp. Olena Vlasova spoke on behalf of the parents and wished all the cadets to grow up as independent, educated and sincere people, worthy of their parents. Anastasia Batyukh, a cadet of study group 103, addressed all those present on behalf of the freshmen.

The event ended with a performance of amateur art collective of the faculty.
