Binary lesson on civil law

Dmytro Tymoshenko, a senior lecturer at the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 6, and a lawyer Isa Huliiev conducted a binary lesson for students of the Faculty No. 6 on the topic “Legal Entities” in the discipline “Civil Law”.

During the classes, the following issues were considered: the concepts, characteristics and types of legal entities, their legal status and capacity, branches and representative offices of legal entities, their responsibilities, etc. Lawyer Isa Huliiev spoke about the creation and termination of legal entities, their responsibility. Practical examples from the lawyer’s jurisprudence related to the topic were of particular interest to students. Isa Huliiev answered students' questions and provided advice on preparation for successful professional activity.
