It has already become a good tradition in Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs to donate blood for little patients of the children's regional hospital. “We must be the ones who actively promote donation, - said Tsvitana Baranova, a lecturer of Sumy branch, - and involve more and more people in this important cause.”

Today the number of donations in Ukraine is almost three times less than recommended by the World Health Organization. Besides, one blood donation can save three lives and it is very important that the blood supplies of Ukrainian blood banks are replenished by people with different blood groups. “Of course, quarantine restrictions are felt. That’s why this time there were few of us, but this is no reason to stop. Next time we will do more”- the lecturer emphasized.
