Serhii Bortnyk, First Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel of Police held a working meeting with courses participants of the specialization of district police officers, who were assigned to the police stations of the united territorial communities.

The First Vice-Rector paid special attention to the observance of law, discipline and order. He noted that participants have a unique opportunity to combine learning and self-training, to share professional experience, to improve their physical form and to do sport actively. There are training grounds, shooting complexes, specialized audiences, developed sports base. All these are at their service. The main thing is not to waste time, gain knowledge and skills, which will be needed in further work in territorial communities.
