Mykhailo Shcherbakovskyi, Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Expertology of the Faculty No.6, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, remotely took part in the round table “Topical Issues of the Practice of Pre-Trial Investigation of Criminal Offenses” with the report “Correlation of the expert’s and specialist’s conclusions in criminal proceedings on criminal offenses”.

The peculiarities of the pre-trial investigation in the form of inquiry were discussed, the experience was exchanged among representatives of Luhansk Regional Prosecutor's Office, Luhansk Court of Appeal, the Department of Inquiries of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Luhansk Region, National Scientific Center “Hon. Prof. M.S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute” and Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs.
