The survey is carried out at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with Sociological Association of Ukraine with the assistance of the Department of Science and Education of Kharkiv Regional State administration within a context of Regional Programme for Public Safety, Order, and Counter Crime within the territory of Kharkiv Region for 2020-2022.
