The day of honoring the participants of hostilities on the territories of other states is a memorable date in the history of our country. 2nd year cadets of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs joined the city events and laid flowers at the memorial to the soldiers who died in Afghanistan. Together with representatives of state authorities and local self-government, the public, the cadet youth observed a minute of silence in memory of Sumy residents who gave their lives for peace and good. Their feat and courage have forever remained in the hearts of future generations and have become an example of dedicated service to the Ukrainian people and state.
