Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Nataliia Horobets together with the head of Zarichnyi District Court of Sumy Hanna Shelekhova conducted a binary lesson for students and cadets of 2-4 years in the disciplines "Civil Procedure", "Enforcement" and "Civil Law and Process". The topic of the lesson is "The role of the European Court of Human Rights in ensuring an appropriate and effective mechanism for the protection of human rights."

Hanna Valeriivna told about the history of the European Court of Human Rights, the principles of operation and the general procedure for filing applications to the court.
