Binary lesson for 2nd-year part-time students of the faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the subject "Drawing up procedural documents on civil cases" was devoted to the topic "Statements of persons involved in the case." Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings Olha Moroz and lawyer Oleksii Zhyrnyi took part in the lesson.

The requirements for the content of the statement and the application for the issuance of a court order were considered. Students were informed about the peculiarities of acquisition of law on attorney activities.
