Head of the Department of International Relations and Interuniversity Activities of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Rustam Abrashytov took part in the Project Management online training course.

The following issues were discussed during the course: the strategic role of projects in organization management, the importance of project management skills to increase the company's competitiveness, the ways to manage project implementation to reduce the Murphy factors negative impact, etc.

Upon successful training completion, the Head of the Department of International Relations and Interuniversity Activity received a certificate. The acquired knowledge will be used in further work.
