Employees of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration: Oksana Panova, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Police Major, and Vadym Seliukov, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, took part in a training seminar on the topic "Rule of Law and Democracy as EU Values".

The seminar was held on the basis of Sumy State University within the framework of the educational project "Enforcement of European Union Values in Ukraine" with the support of the EU Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency ( Jean Monnet Module direction of the Erasmus + program).

The speakers paid considerable attention to the issues of rights, freedoms, and obligations in the exercise of administrative powers by the public administration. The general legal principle of the rule of law in all spheres of public life was also meaningfully revealed.
