Ludmyla Chyzhova, a lecturer of the department of philological disciplines of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, completed the "Art of Teaching" online training course for educators and received a certificate.

The purpose of the event was to prepare educators for the transformation of the education system of Ukraine and to formulate a new paradigm of the educating process in accordance with modern society's requirements and the New Ukrainian School concept.
During the event, the participants learned the following: what kind of a lecturer students want to see; what the main task of modern education is; what the ways to communicate properly with colleagues, students and their parents are; what the ways of using modern innovations in professional educating activities are.
The course contained a lot of useful and innovative tools that can be used in the educating process.
