The EU4DigitalUA programme takes stock of its activities to support interoperability and infrastructure for digital government, e-services and cybersecurity.

"Ukraine has created a uniquely effective e-governance system and is effectively using digital tools to overcome the challenges caused by war. EU4DigitalUA has demonstrated how joint efforts of the European Union and Ukraine can bring about real change and improve the quality of people's lives," said Katarina Mathernova, Ambassador of the EU to Ukraine.

Over the 4 years of the project, the team of E-Governance Academy closely cooperated with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine:

Developed 54 easy-to-use and efficient e-services, including educational documents in Diia app, online marriage application, e-Entrepreneur, etc.

Modernised 10 state registers and scaled the Trembita system, which has already provided more than 5 billion secure data exchanges between state information systems.

Introduced an electronic signature that was included in the European Union's Trust List, making Ukraine the first non-EU country to be included in this list.

Helped to secure key digital infrastructure in the early stages of a full-scale invasion and improve response to Russia's large-scale cyberattacks.
