On November 1, 2023, the portal osvita.np.gov.ua was opened for submitting the Application Form for studying at higher education institutions with specific learning conditions that train police officers.

Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, with the support of the Faculty № 4, held the Cyber Researcher Olympiad in a remote mode. The competition was attended by 137 students from different regions of Ukraine.

April 26 is the day of remembrance of the largest man-made disaster in the history of mankind, a reminder of the heroic feat of the liquidators of Chornobyl accident, who were the first to enter into an unequal battle. On the occasion of the International Chornobyl Remembrance Day, requiem meetings were held at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Viktor Yasko, a lecturer at the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3, Candidate of Military Sciences, Associate Professor, together with specialists from the Center for Aerospace Research of the Earth, Institute of Geological Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, took part in conducting comprehensive field research on the use of UAVs for humanitarian demining of the territory of Ukraine.

At the initiative of Oleksii Shumilo, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, curator of training groups, the NGO "League of Modern Women" held a two-day educational training for cadets "Agreed? We have a deal!". The event was supported by the International Organization Americares, which implements the project "Women for Women: Psychosocial Health and Psychosocial Support Programs".

Specialist of the District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region Yana Kundratska together with Valerii Pcholkin, Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Forensics of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, conducted an online binary class on Criminalistics for law students of the Faculty No. 6.

Inspector of the Domestic Violence Sector of the Community Relations Department of the District Police Department of Vinnytsia Oblast National Police, Senior Police Lieutenant Daniil Zinchenko, together with Natalia Hridina, a senior lecturer at the Department of Police and Public Administration of the Faculty №3, conducted a binary class for cadets of Faculties № 2 and № 3.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty № 6, Doctor of Philosophy in Law Sofia Popova donated copies of her monograph "Personal Non-Property Rights of a Legal Entity: Realities of Today" to the collection of the Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

For the 2nd year students of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, who are studying in the specialty "Law", Professor of the Department of Humanities, curator Nadiia Demydenko held a curatorial hour dedicated to the tragic event - the largest man-made disaster of the twentieth century.
