Participation in webinars on effective teaching of English

Oleksandr Levashov, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4, attended international online webinars for English language teachers. The event "From research to practice: using GenAI with Cambridge materials", hosted by speakers Evelina Galaczi and Raquel Ribeiro from Cambridge University Press and Assessment, addressed the issue of using artificial intelligence for effective foreign language learning.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and the European Union Advisory Mission Ukraine discussed ways to expand cooperation based on the academic interests and professional experience of the participants, in particular, they identified joint activities such as online participation of EUAM representatives in lectures and other training sessions on international humanitarian law, conducting trainings for higher education students and academic staff on international humanitarian law, etc.

PIER & VSCP webinar series

The Department of International Cooperation invites academic and teaching staff and applicants for higher education of KhNUIA to join a series of webinars organized by the Eastern Region Police Institute. They will begin in March with the participation of members of the Victim Advisory Group and the results of their participation in the independent investigation of child sexual abuse.

Establishment of a "green office" for psychological support of people affected by military aggression in Russia

Oleksandr Babych, a 4th year cadet of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, who is currently undergoing an internship at Zaporizhzhia Oblast Police, took part in the UPSHIFT grant program. During the bootcamp, his team presented a project of a building with an artificial climate for growing plants (greenhouse), including the work of the so-called "green office".
