The School of young scientist established by the Department of Scientific Work Organization together with the Scientific Society of students, cadets, listeners, postgraduates, adjunct students, doctoral students, and young scientists has started its work. Its purpose is to raise awareness of the cadets, listeners, graduate students, adjuncts, doctoral students, and young scientists on the possibility of preparing scientific papers, articles, abstracts, research of basic norms and rules of working with scientific literature, information resources, archival documents, etc; as well as to acquaint applicants for higher education with scientific activities and opportunities for its implementation at the university.

A regular meeting of the student scientific club on “The work of a psychologist in the "green room"” took place at the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Oleksandr Khan, the Chairman of the Scientific Society of Students, Cadets, Postgraduates, Adjuncts, Doctoral Students and Young Scientists of the University, Candidate of Law, Volodymyr Chumak, the Acting Head of the Department of Scientific Work Organization, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, and Kateryna Berezhna, the Researcher of the Department of Scientific Work Organization met with Yevhenii Rybka, the Head of the Department of Organization of Research and Patent Activities of National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine, Doctor of Technical Sciences, senior researcher, lieutenant colonel of the civil defense service.

A regular meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA was held with the participation of members of the scientific circle, majoring in "Finance, Banking and Insurance", and representatives of the department Olha Hetmanets, Yuliia Kyrychenko, and Valentyna Zhornokui.

The library of the University received in a gift from the author's collective of the Department of Sociology and Psychology, Faculty No. 6, a new training manual "Gender Psychology" for the general edition of the head of the department Olena Yevdokimova.

A meeting of the student scientific circle of the Department of Fundamental and Legal Disciplines of Faculty № 6 was held under the leadership of Associate Professor Krystyna Kysylova, teachers of the department Nataliia Pistrenko and Kseniia Hurtova.

A new monograph by well-known university scholars Valerii Sokurenko, Oleksandr Bandurka, and Volodymyr Hrechenko “Law enforcement agencies and courts in Ukraine: from Kievan Rus to the Ukrainian Revolution of 1917 (historical and legal research)” has just been published (Kharkiv: Maidan, 2021, 501 p.). The monograph is devoted to the study of current problems of historical and legal science: the emergence, development and functioning of law enforcement agencies and the court for more than a thousand years of their history in Ukraine.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs organized and held a webinar on "Prevention of Violent Crimes. Programs and Cooperation in Finland". The main speaker of the event was Adviser/Trainer on Criminal Investigations of the EUAM FO Kharkiv Crista Granroth (Finland).
