Hanna Drohomeretska, the lecturer of the department of aircraft maintenance, a specialist of the first category, with the participation of Alona Sypko, the senior aviation technician of the helicopter of the special-purpose aviation squadron on the EC225LP, EC-145 helicopters of the special aviation detachment of the operational and rescue service of civil protection of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Lieutenant of the Civil Protection Service conducted a binary class on the topic “Preparing an Aircraft for Departure” for 4^th-year applicants for higher education using the ZOOM platform.

Applicants for higher education got acquainted with the typical types of work performed during preparing the aircraft for departure, and the ways to monitor the technical condition and the quality of preparing the aircraft for departure. Alona Sypko informed about the safety requirements before departure in the pre-flight training process and the peculiarities of Super Puma aircrafts maintenance and their use for the accomplishment missions of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

At the end of the class, Alona Sypko answered the questions of applicants for education, acquainted with the prospects of service in the operational and rescue service of the Civil Protection of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
