For 4th-year students, Faculty No. 6, a binary seminar on the topic "Revision of court decisions "was conducted. The class was conducted by an Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings Arina Savchenko and a Managing Partner, Lawyer of the Lawyer's Association Oleksii Bielinskyi. Students received the necessary practical skills in the preparation of procedural documents with a detailed explanation of the procedural norms and provisions of judicial practice, including the decisions of the ECHR in the context of reviewing court decisions in economic legal proceedings.
