Employees of faculties № 3 and № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Oleksandr Shulhin, Daria Balash and Tetiana Khvorost visited Kharkiv secondary schools of I-III grades № 2 and № 49 and talked to students of 9-11 grades.

An employee of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty № 6 Valeriia Budnik passed advanced training, having listened online to the course "Conflict of interests: you need to know!". This course allows you to master the basic practical tools to improve the effectiveness of identifying, preventing and resolving conflicts of interest.

On the eve of the International Book Donation Day, which is celebrated on February 14, Dean of the Faculty № 1 Police Colonel Oleksandr Muzychuk and his deputies Vladyslav Neviadovskyi and Serhii Sevriukov presented the publication to the library.

The Ukrainian Sambo Wrestling Championship among juniors and seniors took place. The championship gathered 558 people that is a record number of participants. Athletes from Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs also took part in the competition.

Associate Professor of the Criminal Law and Criminology Department, Faculty No. 1 Kyrylo Cherevko and a leading specialist of the same faculty, Lieutenant Colonel Liliia Zhyronkina, visited the State Boarding School with enhanced military and physical training "Cadet Corps". Faculty members conducted a career guidance interview with cadets of graduating classes.

Zoriana Mokhonok, a senior lecturer at the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, passed the Pearson Test of English General level (CEF C1). Pearson Tests of English is a line of international exams aimed at non-native English speaking candidates. The test assesses how well the applicant understands the native speakers and competently expresses his thoughts orally and in writing.

Iryna Vasylko, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took an online course "Management" on the platform of mass open online courses Prometheus.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted ceremonial events on the occasion of the graduation of the listeners of courses on the specialization of district police officers assigned to police stations of the united territorial communities. 

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs are practicing their skills in marksmanship during firearms training at the shooting ranges of the University. There are 5 shooting ranges: 100 m, 50 m, and 25 m, as well as two multimedia shooting ranges - “Inhul-7” and “Rubin-U” at the higher educational institution.

Teaching staff of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of Faculty No 1 are constantly striving for professional development. Associate Professor Oleh Honcharuk took part in the International scientific and methodical seminar "Relevant issues of teaching foreign languages ​​in educational institutions", which took place at Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University.
