The public organization "Institute for Gender Programs" conducts a free online training course "Gender Equality and Combating Sexual Harassment in the Military Sphere" on the "Prometheus" training platform.

This year marks the 145th anniversary of the publication of Cesare Lombroso's book "Criminal Man", which became a programmatic one in the scientific work of the greatest Italian forensic psychiatrist and criminologist. In this regard, the department of social and humanitarian work for the groups of psychologists of the faculty No. 3 of 1–3 courses held museum lectures, accompanied by a wide range of illustrative materials in electronic form. 

Participants of the School of Scientific Leadership of Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, 2nd year cadets Krystyna Koval, Vladyslava Balera, Polina Suslova, Yulia Shelest and the Head of the School Vitalii Naida took part in the all-Ukrainian online event from the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine  "Night youth science - 2021". 

The Sumo Cup of Ukraine among adults took place in Melitopol, in which athletes from Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part. Dmytro Kotov (weight category up to 92 kg) and Kyrylo Krupskyi (weight category up to 77 kg) won silver medals in the individual competition. The team of Sumy region took the second team place.

Associate Professor of the Department of Labor and Economic Law, Faculty 2, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Police Lieutenant Colonel Olena Chornous for cadets of study groups 301-302 conducted binary classes on the subject "Labor Law" on "Peculiarities of work and regime of police patrol police" and "Interaction of the police with the population".

For the World Science Day for Peace and Development, the Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs received new publications as a gift from the Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty № 1 Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Ihor Lohvinenko and Professor of the Department, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Yulia Zahumenna.

On the eve of the 27th anniversary of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the staff of the educational and methodical department visited the museum of the university. The tour was conducted by the curator of the museum, a specialist of the department of social and humanitarian work Andrii Prokhorov.

Lilia Birukova, a master's student of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the competition of scientific articles on topical issues of criminological victimology development (to the 70th anniversary of the birth of Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine O. M. Dzhuzha) wich was organized by Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs together with the Center for Ukrainian-European Scientific Cooperation

The 2nd year cadet Yulia Shelest, who is a member of the School of Scientific Leadership of the Faculty № 1 of KhNUIA, handed exhibits to Liubotyn City Museum of Local Lore, which were found by the School together with the Union of Search Detachments of Ukraine during excavations in Balakliia district. The cadet handed over a torn rocket-propelled grenade from Katyusha, ammunition, a bowler hat and a sapper's shovel.

The preparatory department of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA continues active cooperation with Kharkiv secondary schools. The head of the department Oksana Maliutina held a career guidance meeting with students and the director of the Municipal Institution "Kharkiv educational complex № 106 named after V.O. Kysil” Volodymyr Yamchytskyi.
