Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs awarded certificates to trainees - representatives of the National Police of Ukraine on the topic "Custody Records" within the project "LAW Police" (UNOPS).
On the basis of the training ground "Police Training Department", the university has implemented a model of Custody Records, which is used by the police to improve compliance with the standards of protection of the rights of detainees.

The representative of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, responsible for academic integrity and gender issues, candidate of economic sciences Maryna Petchenko took part in the International advanced training program of heads of educational institutions, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical employees. "Together with outstanding leaders of the present: values, experience, knowledge, competencies, and technologies for the formation of the successful personality and transformation of the surrounding world "on the basis of the International Historical Biographical Institute (Dubai-New York-Rome-Jerusalem-Beijing).

Kateryna Sharavar, a 1st-year cadet of the Faculty №1 of the School of Scientific Leadership, took part in an archeological expedition in Kalashnyky village of Poltava region. According to the results of the excavations, the sites of the Chernyakhiv culture were discovered (III - beginning of the 5th century AD).  Remains of utensils and other household items were found on the site of the ancient settlement.

The representative of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, responsible for gender issues, candidate of economic sciences Maryna Petchenko took part in a series of trainings: “Leadership. Modern society requirements”, “Gender. Gender-oriented budgeting introduction”, “Anti-corruption. Detection and counteraction of corruption at the local level”.

Employees of the Research Laboratory for Information Technology Development of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in a scientific event - the 6th meeting of the 6th National Cybersecurity Cluster Meeting with the participation of US and Ukrainian experts.

Representatives of the League of Modern Women Yuliia Drahan and Mariia Nahorna conducted a training "Nonviolent Communication Workshop" for cadets of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs within the project "Education in the Spirit of Peace: Ukrainian Youth Builds Dialogue".

Hanna Mititiel, a leading specialist of the personnel department of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, together with members of the cadet and student self-government cadets Alina Sahaidak and Heorgyi Torianyk took part in a working meeting with the deputy mayor.

Krystyna Koval, a 1st-year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a participant in the School of Scientific Leadership, participated in the international online programme exchange "Excel and Elevate", in the framework of the cooperation of the School and the Eastern European Network for Citizenship Education (EENCE).

The National Research Council of Spain has published the next edition of the international ranking of universities in the world - Ranking Web of Universities (Webometrics), for July 2021. The new version of the Webometrics ranking covers more than 30,000 universities, including 315 higher education institutions in Ukraine.
