As part of the study of the discipline “Municipal Law”, 4th year full-time students of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA participated remotely in the educational serials “Candidate” and “Voter” on the national online platform for digital literacy.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted the first stage of the XI Taras Shevchenko International Language and Literature Competition for Pupils and Students, organized by the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty No. 2 and the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty No. 6.

Kseniia Yurtaieva, the Associate Professor of Criminal Law and Criminology Department of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA and Olha Bakaieva, a Lecturer of the Department of Legal Sciences of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA took part in the Autumn School of Criminal Law “Laboratory of Criminal Law-Making”.

Nataliia Duravkina, the Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, took part in the webinar series “Reading is learning”, “Curious Barbara's nose was NOT torn off at the market”, “All that glitters is not gold”, which were conducted by Maryna Nazarovets, the Official Coach of Elsevier company, the Chief Librarian of the Maksymovych Scientific Library of the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.

Members of the Center for Social Projects of the School of Scientific Leadership of the Faculty No.1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs the first-year cadets Polina Suslova, Anton Udovikov, Nikita Suvorov, Ruslan Kholodniak and Maryna Haidenko visited MU “Center for the treatment of animals”.

Oleksii Lytvynov, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Education, won the Competition named after Academician Volodymyr Stashis in the nomination “The best organizer in the field of criminal law cycle sciences”.

An online meeting with Olena Omelchenko, the Head of the Department of Communications and Legal Education of the Regional Center for Free Secondary Legal Aid (FSLA) of Sumy region for 2-3 year students of the Branch was organized by Yuliia Vashchenko, the Head of the Scientific and Education Sector of the Student and Cadet Parliament of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

An expanded meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of Faculty No.1 was held in the format of a ZOOM conference. Сadets of KhNUIA, as well as students of the Faculty of International Economic Relations and Travel Business of V.N. Karazin KhNU took part in its work. Associate Professors of the Department Hennadii Dedurin and Stanislav Ivanov were moderators of the event.

Representatives of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has taken an online course on “Academic Integrity” on the platform of online education Educational Era: Maryna Petchenko, the Head of Scientific Department, Nataliia Dovbysh, the Inspector of Scientific Department, Halyna Lutsenko, the Lecturer of Cycle Commission, Nataliia Kitsel, the Head of the Laboratory of Knowledge Test Control.

In order to honor the multifaceted creative work of Taras Shevchenko, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has been organizing Taras Shevchenko International Language and Literature Competition for Pupils and Students for 11 years.
