Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has held a personal distribution of higher education applicants studying in the specialty "Law Enforcement", the direction of training - "district police officers for preventive activities". The graduates will serve in the Main Directorates of the National Police in Dnipro, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv regions and the city of Kyiv as police officers.

An additional instructional lesson was held with the final-year cadets of Faculties No. 1 and No. 4, who are sent for internships to the National Police units. It was conducted by officers of the Special Purpose Emergency and Rescue Unit of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Khmelnytskyi Oblast.

The cadets of the Faculty No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Sofia Klishanets and Bohdana Kirnosova, who are studying Psychology, met with the graduating class of the Lyceum of Information Technologies in Oleksandriia, Kirovohrad region. 

Representatives of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty № 3 - Senior Lecturer, Lieutenant Colonel Volodymyr Yevtushok and Lecturer Serhii Kuchynskyi together with inspectors of the Response Department of the Patrol Police of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, Police Lieutenant Viktor Paraniuk and Police Sergeant Volodymyr Buronov, with the participation of members of the department's scientific circle, conducted a binary lesson with cadets of Faculty № 1

The Ministry of Internal Affairs continues its documentary project on the anniversary of Brovary plane crash, Flight 54, which tells the stories of all the victims of the tragedy. The terrible plane crash that occurred on January 18, 2023, in Brovary died the entire crew of a helicopter belonging to a special aviation detachment of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

The first-year students of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took over the baton from the senior students in weaving camouflage nets and actively joined this volunteer initiative, which plays an important role in supporting the defenders of our country.

Employees of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continue to conduct training sessions to improve driving skills. Mykola Chmykh, a specialist of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training, Master of Sports in Motorsport, conducted training on a volunteer basis with a unit engaged in demining the territories of Kharkiv region.

Krystyna Dikevych, Chief Forensic Expert of the Handwriting Research, Technical Document Examination and Accounting Sector of the Criminalistics Research Department of the Kharkiv Scientific Research Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and Svitlana Lozova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Forensics of the Faculty No. 6, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor, conducted a binary lesson on the discipline "Forensic Science".

Yevhenii Zozulia, a lecturer at the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-medical Training of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held a videoconference with 11th grade students of the Oril Lyceum of Lozova City Council of Kharkiv Region.

The scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3 together with representatives of the Explosive Service Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia region organized an additional training session on explosive safety for graduate students before their internship.
