The defense of the materials of the internship by the cadets of the final year of the faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has been completed. The knowledge and skills acquired in the practical units of the pre-trial investigation bodies as an investigator were defended by the cadets of 401-407 groups of the faculty № 1.

The event took place in the police training department and forensic training ground in the form of a quest. According to the obtained plots, the cadets solved various quest tasks, including inspection of the crime scene "robbery of bank premises"; "establishing the circumstances of the accident"; crime scene search "murder at a polling station". The obtained results gave the members of the commission the opportunity to test the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of graduates in making procedural decisions and the ability to navigate in extreme investigative situations, as well as the qualifications of the circumstances of a criminal offense according to the quest task.

Lecturers of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Pre-Trial Investigation, Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Expertology and Pre-Medical Training, Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of Faculty № 1, attended the defense. Also, the commission members included representatives of the Investigation Department of the MDNP in Kharkiv region.
