Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, Candidate of Philological Sciences Nataliia KOBYLKO joined the All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference "European Paradigms for the Formation of a Culture of Tolerance in Education, Media, and Art".

The regular session of the scientific circle "Actual Problems of Criminal Procedure, Forensics and Expertology" of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Forensics and Expertology of the ERI No. 5 chaired by Associate Professor of the Department Svitlana LOZOVA was dedicated to the issues of expert research of narcotic drugs.

Associate Professors of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies Inna HOLOPYCH and Viktoriia PERTSEVA became participants of the VII All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Language and Intercultural Communication: Theory and Practice", organized by the Department of Germanic and Ukrainian Philology of Poltava State Agrarian University.

At the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 of KhNUIA, special attention is paid to the comprehensive development of cadets, combining scientific activities, academic integrity and physical training. The results of this work confirmed the achievements of cadets in scientific competitions and all-Ukrainian sports competitions.

Olena SYNIAVSKA, Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Activities of the ERI No. 5, joined the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Reforming the Public Service in Ukraine: Achievements, Challenges and Prospects", which was held at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.

For the fifth time, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a competition of scientific papers on the topic "History of Law Enforcement Agencies of Ukraine", initiated by the First Rector of the university, Academician Oleksandr BANDURKA.

The Head of the scientific circle of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights, Senior Lecturer Ksenia HURTOVA held a regular meeting dedicated to the Day of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights - the first universal international legal act adopted by the UN General Assembly on December 10, 1948.

Students of the scientific circle "Psyche" of the Department of Sociology and Psychology held a meeting, during which they discussed human rights issues and determined the areas of work for the second semester. The meeting was timed to the final day of the international action "16 Days Against Violence".

The Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 of KhNUIA together with the Department of Law of the Faculty of Humanities and Law of National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute" held the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Human Rights: Problems of Implementation and Realities of Today".

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, having a National H-index score of – 30, took 110th place and remains the only one among the HEI of the MIA that train police officers, which is included in the category «High scientific potential».
