Sofiia Pereverzieva, a 1st-year cadet of the Faculty №1 and participant of the School of Scientific Leadership, took a course "All About Leadership" from the Kyiv Youth Center. Sofiia learned what inner qualities a true leader must combine.

During the classes, it was considered what is emotional, motivational leadership, what are its risks, how to form goals for the future, increase the level of social responsibility and activity.

This course helped to develop important skills that will help to represent yourself and your interests with dignity in the future. Participants learned to properly coordinate and focus on the result not only their work but also society. Such skills will always be relevant in the police profession because a law enforcement officer is an example of endurance and a true leader.
