On March 9, our country celebrates the 209th anniversary of the birth of Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko. On the occasion of a significant date for the country, the staff and cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs laid flowers at the monument of Great Kobzar, a fighter for the freedom of Ukraine T.H.
