Third-year cadets of Faculty №1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with Larysa Sazanova and Anatolii Korshenko, senior lecturers of the Department of Foreign Languages of Faculty № 1, took part in the webinar "Protection of police officers’ rights during their tasks (Finnish approach)". The event was organized by the Department of International Cooperation of the KhNUIA with the support of the European Union Advisory Mission in Ukraine.

The speaker of the webinar was Tuomo Korhonen, Senior Adviser on General Policing EUAM Field Office in Kharkiv. He spoke about the Finnish police, trainings, features, rights and duties of the police officers.

It was noted that the high level of public confidence in the Finnish police is the main criteria.

Participation in such webinars gives cadets the opportunity to improve their English language skills and gain new useful information about their future profession.
