The representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Criminalistics, Forensic Expertology and Pre-Medical Training Department of the Faculty No. 1, employees of the International Cooperation Department, Master's degree students and cadets of the Faculty No. 1, university students and the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Faculty No. 6 – took part in the webinar on “Dermatoscopy in Forensic Science - Selected Issues”. The online event was held on the Clickmeeting platform.

The speaker of the webinar was Doctor of Law Arkadiush P. Shaina – a criminalist, a criminologist, the lecturer of the educational process at University of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice (Poland), the head of the Polygraphic Research Laboratory of WSZOP, a polygraph examiner, the member of the board and the legal committee of the Polish Society for Polygraph Examinations, an author of scientific publications in the field of criminology and forensics expertology. The moderator of the event was Olena Koshchenko, the representative of the University of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice.

During the event, the following issues were considered: what is dermatoscopy, cheiloscopy and forensic otoscopy; what methods can be used to detect and protect cheiloscopic and otoscopic traces; what is the odometer’s and cheiloscoper’s roller, etc.

The webinar was held in two languages - Polish and English.
