Nataliia Rastorhuieva, a 4-th year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in a series of trainings “Democracy and peace building. Opportunities for Ukraine”. The event was organized by the European Expert Association.

The trainings were dedicated to conflict resolution methods and the basics of mediation and negotiation. Particular attention was paid to the creation of initiatives and projects implementation related to conflict prevention.

The speakers of the training were international experts and participants of professional American exchange programs, who shared their experience gained during their internship in the United States. The workshop program included lectures, master-classes and practical classes on conflict resolution techniques.

Participants were awarded certificates after successful completion of the training.
