Associate professors of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty № 1 Hennadii Dedurin and Stanislav Ivanov took part in the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Interdisciplinary Approaches in the Study of the Holodomor-Genocide" (Kyiv), which was held online. The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, the National Museum of the Holodomor Genocide, the Holodomor Research Institute, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the Ukrainian Holodomor Genocide Foundation (Chicago, USA) and a number of other universities, research and public institutions and organizations, organized the conference.
The theme of the conference covered various aspects of one of the most tragic pages in the history of our country, the anniversary of which is celebrated these days. Representatives of the university presented a report in the section work of the conference on "Organization of the Holodomor of 1932-1933: the criminal laws of Soviet power", in which the authors revealed the depth of legal nihilism of the Soviet totalitarian system and anti-Ukrainian essence of the authorities.
