On the anniversary of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a flash mob in Vinnytsia. As the Rector of the university, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko, said, "the flash mob is a requiem for all the dead, commemoration of the soldiers who gave their lives defending Ukraine, civilians who died during the war.
