Scientific and pedagogical staff of the Faculty No. 4 (cyber police) of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs participated in three-day training. The training was held for trainers belonging to scientific and pedagogical employees of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine involved in teaching the topic of investigation of crimes on human trafficking committed with the use of information technologies.
Training participants studied the issues of using information technologies to commit crimes related to trafficking in human beings; offender’s profile in the field of trafficking in human beings; use of web quests within the educational process; interactive methods of attracting higher education applicants during training sessions; evaluation of the effectiveness of the learning tools; effective interaction between a professor and a trainee. It was also planned to involve training participants into team work for interactive training.
Laptops, provided by the OSCE in Ukraine for the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, were used during the practical classes.
