The competition for the university basketball championship has started

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has started competitions for the university basketball championship among cadets and university students. The competition was opened by the Vice-Rector of the University Serhii Bortnyk, who stressed the importance of sports in the life of a modern person, especially young people who study at the university and have chosen the profession of law enforcement. Proper physical training is a necessary component of preparation for service in the National Police. Serhii Mykolaiovych wished victory to the strongest team.

Teams of faculties №№ 1–4 and 6 take part in the competition. Each team consists of 10 players. According to the results of the competition, the winning team will be determined, which will receive a transitional cup of the university and a diploma.
