Nataliia Filipska, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Constitutional and International Law, Faculty № 4, took part in an online meeting on gender equality, women's rights and gender mainstreaming organized by the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine.

During the meeting the issues of women's rights equality, issues of childbirth were discussed. Emphasis was placed on the fact that gender equality presupposes equal opportunities for women and men, just as gender-based violence is not only a problem for women, but also for men and boys, albeit to a lesser extent. The discussion and brainstorming resulted in the development of proposals to ensure gender equality and equal opportunities in Ukraine.
