Binary class for students of the master's degree of the Faculty №6 KhNUIA on “Peculiarities of civil protection of intellectual property” was conducted by Associate Professor of Civil Law and Procedure Olha Avramova and lawyer Daria Panfilova.
Students were acquainted with the peculiarities of civil law protection of objects in relation to objects of copyright, trademark. Received the necessary information and practical skills in the preparation of relevant documents, with an explanation of the pre-trial and judicial procedure for resolving disputes, the conclusion of license agreements.
