Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of Faculty № 1 of KhNUIA Police Colonel Iryna Kazanchuk took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Transformation Processes in Ukraine in the Context of Civilization and Globalization Challenges of the XXI Century", which took place in Pereiaslav on the basis of the State Higher Educational Institution "Hryhorii Skovoroda State Pedagogical University in Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi".

Iryna Kazanchuk made a report on "The problem of the development of digital transformation of departmental education as a priority area of training for the National Police of Ukraine", in which she noted the need to develop skills in digital transformation during police training in higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, problems, and prospects for the introduction of IT technologies in departmental education.

The conferences were attended by more than 100 domestic and foreign scholars and practitioners, including the European Association for Security Sciences (Poland), the Istanbul Foundation for Science and Culture (Turkey), and Kuras Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

The conference participants discussed such topical issues as: conceptual approaches to the analysis of civilizational transformations in the context of globalization; the state and prospects of realization of the civilizational choice of Ukraine in the context of globalization challenges of the present; world practices of democratic transformations as a model (positive/negative) for Ukrainian society; threats to the sovereignty of the Ukrainian state and national identity in the context of globalization; socio-economic challenges of the current stage of transformation; legislative and political-administrative support of the project of civilizational development of Ukraine; cultural-political, socio-cultural aspects of the transformation process in Ukraine; technological, ecological, humanitarian dimensions of civilizational development of Ukraine in the conditions of modern information and network society, and other urgent problems.

At the end of the conference, each participant received a certificate. A collection of abstracts was published based on the materials of the scientific event.
