Oleksii Shumilo, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity of the Faculty of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the 4-th International Scientific and Practical Conference "IT Law: Problems and Prospects for Development in Ukraine" and made a report "Legal Aspects of Environmental Crowdfunding: Application of cryptocurrencies".

The conference was organized by Lviv Polytechnic National University, Educational-Scientific Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education, Online Law School, the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, the Research Institute of Informatics and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Helvetica Publishing House and the NGO “Association of Doctors of Philosophy of Ukraine”.

The conference was attended by representatives of state authorities of Ukraine, international organizations, public associations, scientists, the staff of research and educational institutions, graduate students, applicants and professionals who were practically engaged in IT law from different regions of Ukraine. During the conference, a scientific and practical discussion was held on the formation and development of legal relations related to the application of information technologies.
