Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Tetyana Bilous took part in the International program of professional development of heads of educational institutions, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers technologies for the formation of a successful personality and the transformation of the surrounding world "in the framework of the International Historical Biographical Institute (Dubai - New York – Rome – Jerusalem - Beijing).

According to the results of the International Programme in the amount of 120 hours or 4 ECTS credits (including 15 hours of inclusive education / 0.5 ECTS credits) the teacher received general professional competencies and qualifications of an international teacher.
