A meeting of the scientific circle of Labor and Economic Law Department of the Faculty № 2 on the topic "Youth Entrepreneurship as a way to reduce youth unemployment in Ukraine" was held. The purpose of the event is to increase awareness of student youth about the role of youth entrepreneurship in raising living standards, reducing unemployment through job creation, forming a layer of "middle class", which is the basis of social and economic reforms, guarantor of political stability and democratic development.

The meeting was opened by Valentyna Honcharuk, Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Law, Senior Researcher, Lieutenant Colonel of Police, who stressed the importance of the event for cadets, deepening their knowledge in the field of labor and economic law and understanding of youth policy.

Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Major of Police Kostiantyn Kovalenko with the help of multimedia told the audience about the problematic issues of legal regulation of youth entrepreneurship, factors that prevent young people from becoming entrepreneurs, provided statistics on youth unemployment in Ukraine and other countries in the world. Kostiantyn Kovalenko stressed that young people have the necessary potential, the realization of which in the near future can significantly improve the social and economic situation of society and revive the national and spiritual heritage of the Ukrainian people. That is why youth entrepreneurship should be the subject of increasing attention from the authorities and scientists of all the levels.

After the speech, the audience asked the speaker questions on topical issues of youth policy.
